Good quality cable tidy

Currently, I have a bit of a temporary home office setup basically in my kitchen, so with all the moving of my equipment into it, I found that the cables behind my large corner desk were becoming very untidy. So, I purchased these along with some cable tidy management boxes in order to keep them looking tidy.

Grouping bunches of cables to put together to fit into the sleeve was easy. The zip was a bit fiddly but once done up it looked great and kept the cables tidy. The only thing I wished as that the inside of the sleeve was a bit more "grippy" because I found that unless the cables were really tight in there, that the sleeve would slip revealing them, particularly for the cables vertically dropping from the desk to the ground.

First off, you CANNOT zip multiple cable snakes together END ON END to form a mega-snake (disappointing).
You CAN zip two or more cable snakes together SIDE ON to form a more fatter cable snake for accommodating more than a couple of cables.
This is my only gripe: I wanted to buy this product and form one long mega-snake to hide my pc cables from my cat. I ended up stuffing each smaller cable snake into the proceeding one to get an unoptimal result.

Still, keeps my cat safe and electricity-free.

Works well but can be awkward to close velcro

I use the cable tidy between my amplifier and pedal board for my guitar. I have 5 cables in total and they tend to be untidy and a trip hazard on stage. This easily keeps the all together.
You lay the cable tidy flat on ground and fully stretched out. Place the cables in situations over the fabric. I closed the velcro fitting in 6 inch sections, rolling the fabric and sealing the velcro into a tubular shape. I the continued to the end.
It became more difficult around the half way point as the fabric tended to buckle and awkward. At the end I noticed that the whole thing had a twist In it.
Next thing was to unhook it to the point where the twist started. Resecured velcro but this time I carefully kept the cables in the same lines throughout.
Twist reappeared but nearer the end.
Followed the same process as before and it worked out fine.
What I would say is that it's a good product but needs to be closed carefully and watch for twists appearing. The end result wasn't perfect but with patience I will have it nice and neat. The main thing is that it keeps my cables together which is what I want.
There may be better product on the market although this does work.

Useful and tidy

I don't normally write reviews. But the checkup emails sent through amazon by this seller shows how much they appreciate their customers.

They look great and have a similar feel to a wetsuit. slightly stretchy and rubbery while keeping a fabric texture and feel to them. They can fit a large amount of wires and can be chained together to make a bigger sheath (since there are 4 per pack)
The only difficulty of them is doing the zips up, I am terrible at doing a zip up when it is not on me, like a coat, so this proved challenging... like doing someone elses coat up .-.

I have purchased this item before from the same seller. Decided that it works so well I would use it in my bedroom for all the various charger cables/lamp etc. I have 5 young cats who chewed thru my phone line, sky box cable, and ethernet cable. This "sleeve " deters them from repeating the performance! The item came quicker than expected, well packaged. My only suggestion is that maybe a velcro fastening could be easier for those with limited dexterity like myself. The zip seems fairly strong but I find it a bit difficult to attach. My son however found it very easy.

Useful, but have a weird smell

I bought these to help manage the cables at the back of the TV, and once I figured out how to put them together, (because there was no instructions even on the back of the box.) they were super easy to slip around the cables and do up.

The zips can be a bit tough at the start, and it does have a weird fabric smell, but I’m not gonna be sniffing around the back of my TV, so I don’t think it matters.

...but expensive for the amount you get. Ideally I would need another pack, but as you can't feed cables in mid way down the sleeve, it wouldn't work for a 100% tidy solution. The product is great though, it has really tidied up the bulk of the cables behind the TV and there were a lot. About 8 ethernet cables, HDMI, Sky, 8 power cables etc. More importantly, now the cat can't chew the cables!

The zip was hard to connect, that’s why I have left a star off. In the end practised zipping it up sat down on a chair, then had a go covering the cables afterwards. It worked, although my husband helped. It certainly looks a lot tidier, before it was a jumbled up mess of tangled cables. First I used the ties I purchased and fastened the cables in groups, then used the covers over each group of cables. They were inexpensive but certainly did the job.

Well, the item tidied up my cables nicely, and it done a nice job of it.

However, the zip is a major let down - yes it zips up, but after many tries. I would have liked to of seem the lengths supplied a lot longer, but apart from that, it works and works well. Much better than the plastic types available
