Buying a cable pulley system online can be a bit of minefield when there are so many variants available. Many are either thin strand cables or some a rope but most common of all is that none have the max capacity of this model which very welcoming is around 100kg. I have had a few of these cable pulleys but this model due to its overall build quality sits nicely there at the top in the list.

The plastic-coated cable is as can be expected, smooth and noise-free too. The pulley solid as a rock so far, the cable rope rolls effortlessly through the range enabling smooth reps when performing a variety of exercises whether triceps extensions, pushdowns or face pulls and rope lat pulldowns. For me, the piece de resistance is the loading pin. This is where the strength is compared to all the other variants I have tried. It's solid enough to load close to the claimed 100kg, providing not using oversized plates.

Carabiners are heavy duty so will withstand a hard life in my gym with no sign of failing. The test will be the small buckles as everything else is quality.

The rope well the ubiquitous rope often a standard size and weight and this is no different, works perfectly for all those pulling and pushing exercises and as comfortable and easy to hold as can be in the hands.

The only thing that I did have questions about at first was the hanging strap, well those questions were soon answered after the first session and having wrapped the strap around the pullup bar on the power rack, solid and easily can handle the weight I have added to the plate loading pin.

Yes, it's more expensive than we shall the beginner's versions but the included components are a different standard and quality altogether and this enables a heavier weight to be used.

La verdad es que tenía mis dudas de comprarlo por qué no sabia que resultado iba a dar, cuando lo monté me alegré a haberlo comprado, funciona perfectamente y no tiene nada que envidiar a una máquina con polea del gym, incluso se le puede meter más peso, hacer una gran variedad de ejercicios, los materiales son muy buenos, el cable es de acero recubierto, ahora solo queda ver qué tal va durante estos meses, compra totalmente recomendable estoy muy contento

Despues de un año de uso puedo decir que es un gran producto no me ha dado ningún problema ni se me ha roto nada, eso si, yo le puse unos mosquetones de mejor calidad, pero quitando eso la polea con el cable es muy robusta y soporta mucho peso, yo he terminado comprando una segunda polea que engancho en la parte baja del rack y uno con la polea alta para poder utilizarla desde abajo y hacer por ejemplo biceps.

Ich habe den Seilzug heute an der Decke montiert. Bin im Moment sehr zufrieden damit . Sehr gute Qualität.

Das Ding ist der Hammer. Eine super Ergänzung für meinen Fitnessturm. Ich vermisse keine Deckenhalterung. Ich würde 100kg Zuggewicht auch nicht unbedingt an eine übliche Zimmerdecke anbringen. Das Teil ist für Fitnesstürme gedacht und dafür ist wirklich alles dabei. In 2 Minuten war es zu bereitet. Und ich bin begeistert. Je nach dem ob Rudern, Bauch oder Trizeps. Ich kann die Umlenkrolle überall in allen Höhen anbringen. Wahnsinn. Ich finde den Preis absolut gerechtfertigt bei der Zugmasse. Dazu kommt. Dass (wenn mal was kaputt geht) solch eine Lösung nicht zu teuren Reparaturen führt. Im Gegensatz zu Privat-Seilzugmaschinen, die nahe zu alle nicht zu gebrauchen sind, wenn man echtes Krafttraining macht. Ich trainiere seit 2004 und habe mir ein Homegym mit einem ordentlichen Fitnesskäfig und Zuberhör wie diesen zugelegt. Mit diesem Tool kann man so viel abdecken.

Zum Pendeln:
Was manche stört, finde ich gut.
Das Gewicht beginnt i.d.R nur dann zu pendeln, wenn man Schwung bei den Übungen nimmt. Das ist aber beim Training genau falsch und ungesund! Wenn man die Übungen richtig macht, pendelt überhaupt nichts. So ermahnt einen das Pendeln unbeabsichtigt zum sauberen Training. Tolles Teil. Preis Leistung top! Endlich wieder massiv Trainieren.

Was originally looking at a strength shop brand version of this for the home gym, but thought I would take a punt on a slightly less expensive version and I can’t fault it to be honest! Will take a fair amount of plates and if you have a short loading strap, you can connect a kettlebell to it instead of using the plate holder pin it is supplied with

Wonderful asset. I am training much better, more complete and more often since I bought this. It is up to your knowledge and imagination on how many exercises you can do with this pulley system. You can pretty much cover the whole spectrum of the upper body with it.

Habe heute mit 25 kilo trainiert aufeinmal bricht der haken ab bin froh das ich ausgewichen bin gottseidank nicht verletzt der hersteller gibt an bis zu 100 kilo haltet der kabelzug aus leider ist das nicht der fall ist sehr schade am anfnag war ich dehr begeistert hoffe der hersteller sieht das sas er sein produkt optimiert kann nicht sein sowas

Decent pully system but not sure i would feel comfortable putting to much weight on it. I would only use it for lighter workouts with more reps as i don't overly trust the weight rating.
