Nice, denim fabric cover, compatible with older Kindle Paperwhite 7th gen (2015) model

My old Kindle case was showing signs of wear, but since it was an older model (Paperwhite 7th gen. or Paperwhite 3, the 2015 model) I was worried I wouldn't be able to find a compatible case.

Thankfully, this Fintie case is compatible with the older models because the device just needs to be slid into the case, while secured by an inner velcro piece.

The outside of the case is a nice denim fabric, which I prefer over leather-type covers. It looks great and will be easy to clean.

The case also has an elastic strap that you can hold onto while reading. The card holder is nice to have; I wouldn't use it for actual bank cards, but maybe notes or other small pieces of paper.

This case for the kindle is a great improvement to my existing one. It is great having a stand so you do not need to hold this.

It also has a handy feature that when held in the hand you can loop your fingers through the strap. This is great if you are left handed, but would be more practical if there were two of these. I hold my kindle in my right hand and can activate the page turn by a gentle movement of my thumb. How do I get round this, well I loop an elastic band over the case and can then insert my fingers .

Comfortable to hold

I’ve only used this for an hour, but I love it! Before I had an ultra slim one, this is so much more comfortable. It’s a bit thicker, but actually that makes it more comfortable, especially as it’s padded. I used to get dents in my hands holding the old one. With the strap on the back and the softness of the padding, that won’t happen any more. And I’ve barely used the stand, that will be useful too. It seems sturdy. So I can’t comment on longevity, but so far I really like it.

I like to read when I go to bed, so I need a case that I can use while laying down, and this is brilliant for that, and while sitting up. It has a strap to put your hand through, and it's got magnetic hold, to hold the case open while reading, so that it doesn't keep flopping closed when lying down. It's the best case yet that I've bought.

Nice but not as vivid as the picture

This replaces my beloved cover with the elastic to hold the cover in place and a hand strap. Initial impression is that the colour and detail are not as bright or vivid as advertised. Other than that, it's a pleasure to hold. Instead of elastic, there's a hidden magnet holding the cover in place when I read (fab) and when I initially open it, it turns on the kindle (again, fab). There is a hand strap which is way thinner than I'm used to but it seems comfortable enough. It has the added bonus of a stand for when I want to go hands free over my meal! Small pleasures, I know, but as an avid reader, it makes a difference! All in all, a lovely buy. (But I really am disappointed with the darkness of it.)

Very pleasantly surprised how much better the holder is compared to my original one, which had been used so much it was falling apart ! It is light, comfortable to hold and the stand-up feature is great. It is also good that it turns on and off as you open/ close it. Very satisfactory purchase.

Great quality of material! Very protective of my kindle and super useful with the extra features that it has. It's actually the best case I have seen among my friends and colleagues.
I only gave it 4 stars because the color doesn't match the picture really
Other than that I have already bought it for my family a few times (they don't mind the colour difference so much 😛)

Hibiscus pattern is just so so pretty! The colours of the print are more vivid than I thought, this kindle case is amazing! What I really like about it is that there is no plastic “clip-on” holder inside, but a leather pocket with Velcro strap that holds kindle in place. Convenient stand and left-hand holder makes it even better. Definitely recommend!
I wish they had the same pattern available for iPad case...

I bought this Kindle case recently to replace one that was falling apart and have been very pleased with it. It's compact as the Kindle fits into it snugly so this makes it easier for my small hands to hold. I don't often read at a table, but the stand is ideal for those occasions when I do. I find that I don't use the hand strap at the back as, having a bit of arthritis in my thumb joints, I find it more comfortable not to. However, that's a useful feature that's there should one want it. I like the clever feature that the Kindle switches on when the cover is opened. All in all, I'm very happy with all aspects of the cover and can see it lasting for a long time.
