Terrible product, the corners break in to small pieces. Find them all over the house, with small kids its a choking hazard!

This product does not fit my Macbook air 2020 A2179. It supposed to be for the models before 2020. I bought one Macbook case before which actually stated for model number A1932 only but because I did not read carefully so that was my bad. But for this one, as I know this fitting issue already, it is only because the advert said it fit model number A2179 so I bought it. But the fact is it does not fit and has the completely same problem as the previous case I bought - it fits A1932 only. So the advert misled my purchase completely. The instruction actually stated only A1932 but I don't understand why the seller made up the A2179 in their advert. I enclosed the product instruction comes with the case, as well as other photos which show the problem of the fitting - there is always one side of the base cannot be hooked in, also it restricts the opening angle of the Mackbook. It is very disappointing and in fact very annoying when I am aware of the potential issue, and tried to avoid it, but still misled by the advert.

Teal colour is a nice sophisticated shade. The case is made of translucent frosted plastic, it feels smooth and almost velvety in a way. Doesn’t look cheap but does leave finger marks. Light weight and not bulky. Easy to put on and simply clips into place. Fits perfectly for my MacBook Air 2020 (A2179). The laptop can be opened to a maximum angle of 110 degrees which is more than sufficient for me. There is a strip on the back that is exposed and unprotected and unfortunately is an inevitable design feature as covering it would prevent the laptop from opening at all. When closed, there is a 1-2mm gap all the way around that is exposed where the case doesn’t quite reach the very edge so there could be a little more precision here. The base is vented to allow airflow, so far hasn’t gotten hot. I would probably still use a laptop sleeve for added protection should I be travelling with it. From previous experience with similar hard shell frosted cases for phones, they are prone to cracks even without knocking about so I’m not sure how long it will last. Should mine break anytime soon, I will update this review!

*** UPDATE
Less than 1 month later, as anticipated, a small crack has appeared in one of the corners. My laptop has been sat on the desk in the same spot and used only a handful of times! Has not been moved around at all. I have a frosted flexible iPad cover which is a year old and still looks as good as new. If you can find a flexible cover for laptop, get that instead. I would not waste money on a hard shell cover like this one

Diese Hülle ist überhaupt nicht empfehlenswert, habe sie für das neuere Macbook Air A2179 bestellt, welches sogar in der Produktüberschrift angegeben wird. Doch als sie jetzt ankam musste ich feststellen, dass sie auf ein Paar mm nicht passt, und sogar mit Kraft konnte ich sie nicht anbringen. Ich hatte fast Angst dass ich mit ihr den neuen Mac zerkratzen würde.

Ich hoffe der Kundenservice meldet sich bei mir, ich war eigentlich recht begeistert am Anfang, weil sie einen sehr ordentlichen Eindruck machte, sogar mit Ersatzstöpsel für die untere Seite, aber nachdem ich sie nicht anbringen konnte.. No-Go.

Using it on a Macbook Air 2020.
Corner has cracked already and one of the tabs refuses to go on you can see from photo to the right of corner crack.
No amount of pushing or squeezing will make it fit.Case creaks and groans when you push the lid past 90 degrees.
I think this was why the corner cracked.However it is half the price of the stupidly expensive Kuzy cases.
Would not attempt to remove it as i feel the tabs are too brittle and will break.

Update now cracked and chipped on both corners after 6 weeks.

Update again it's in the bin!

It doesn't fit the MacBook air M1 it comes off so easily, it's very flimsy and not even worth the £12, I don't know how these cases have got so many good reviews, it's literally like something you could buy from Poundland. My previous MacBook I had a speck case and it was fantastic, but I can't find them for the m1 version, so I ordered something similar to the speck case off of apple directly that is much more durable for £40. If you've bought an expensive MacBook air M1 for £1000+ you would want something that's going to protect the thing. This mosiso case wouldnt protect anything. It's paper thin.

Nonostante il mio modello di Macbook, ovvero il MacBook Air 2020, risulti compatibile nella descrizione fornita dal venditore, con tanto di codice identificativo corretto, la cover arrivata non si incastra al computer.
Più specificatamente, mentre la scocca superiore, quella cioè dello schermo, si attacca correttamente, quella inferiore è troppo sottile.
Inoltre, l'applicazione della cover è tutt'altro che agevole, rischiando di rovinare/graffiare i bordi del Macbook.
Rimandato indietro, credo che opterò per un case sleeve in gommapiuma da mettere nello zaino.

Do not buy this! Poor design.

Despite looking like a good compatible option…Do not buy these cases! We bought two of the same brand for a MacBook Air and MacBook Pro. The case for the MB Air does not fit properly, despite having triple-checked the model compatibility, followed the fitting instructions to the letter, they simply do not fit well or properly. The listing claims that they are compatible with our models of laptop but they simply are not up to the job and are very difficult to fit (I’m a very practical person that does not struggle with this normally).
The case easily comes off the laptop on it’s own, is forced off the rear edge when the laptop lid is in an open position - this is due to a poor design and fit. Both cases have amazingly developed splits to the plastic corners after just a few days of very light use…less than a working week. This is even though the laptops are transported in other robust, padded carry-cases too.
I feel very cheated!
Would actually like a refund on both cases I bought.
