Sterker licht: JA / wit licht: NEE

Je merkt duidelijk dat het sterker licht is. Echter de witheid dat de plaatjes doen vermoeden is helaas niet het geval. Het is gewoon geel, maar dan ietsjes witter. Aangezien ik bocht licht heb vlak naast mijn dimlicht, kan ik ze makkelijk met elkaar vergelijken. Ik was initieel van plan om die ook te vervangen, maar omdat het verschil in kleur minimaal is laat ik dat maar zitten en zal ik die paar terug sturen.

Ob sie wirklich besser leuchten, kann ich kaum beurteilen. Davor hatte ich die Vorgängerversion (Nightbreaker unlimited 110%) verbaut. Diese sind eigentlich genauso. Zudem sind sowieso alle H7-Leuchtmittel in der StVO auf 1500 Lumen begrenzt. Die 150% beziehen sich lediglich auf die gesetzliche Mindesthelligkeit, welche generell von so gut wie allen Standardbirnen um Längen übertroffen wird. Die Leuchtdichte kann sich ebenfalls kaum ändern, weil sowohl die Position der Glühspindel, als auch die Länge genormt sind. Und selbst wenn es anders wäre, sind die Reflektorscheinwerfer auf die Normung angepasst. Weiß oder ähnliches sind sie natürlich nicht. Letztendlich ist es ja auch nur eine Glühbirne und dazu noch ein Verschleißartikel. Aber ich finde sie auch nicht teuer und deshalb habe ich sie gekauft. Sie machen zuverlässig was sie sollen und das tun sie gut. Ich bin zufrieden!

Good colour light and overall beam pattern compared to Philips Racing Vision

Always used Philips on the wife's car (2013 C4 Picasso) over the last few years. She mentioned that she was struggling at night with the lights so decided to do a bit more research.

If you refer to the images, these are both using dipped lights (each picture shows Osram top and Philips Racing Vision on the bottom). Though the Philips (previous Autoexpress winner) has a brighter hot spot, its range ( higher up on the wall) and width (can see much more of the trampoline) are limited. The Osram giving a more even spread of light. Best thing I can report is she is happier now...

Can't report on life yet as only been on the car a few days.

Iluminan más que las philips efecto xenón y que las philips xestrem 130. La luz es bastante blanca. Llevo h1 en las largas y h7 en las cortas las dos osrran 150 estoy bastante contento vale la pena pagar un poco más es por tu seguridad. Están fabricadas en Alemania.

Brighter than my standard bulb

Had to replace a bulb that had blown in my Renault Kadjar, replaced the two at the same time as recommended in order to have an even brightness.

Bit tricky to change on the Kadjar, as needed a t15/t20 bit in my torque wrench at a slightly funny angle in order to loosen the light fitting but once that was out was easy enough to change over.

Light is a bit brighter than the standard bulbs that were in there, although not 150% brighter, probably 25-50% brighter if that. Not sure how long they will last - our standard bulbs lasted for 4 years, I doubt these will last that long but they are brighter.

Wish I had changed my bulbs to these before - not as good as LED, nowhere near, but a lot better than the standard ones in our Kadjar - heartily recommend.

Great Lamps but get a mechanic to install

Great Headlamps with good brightness, but if you have a BMW Z4 like my Dad, do yourself a favour and take it to a mechanic to install. This is no reflection on the lights at all because I’m sure on another car they are a dream to plugin but if you have a ridiculous midlife crisis car that is literally for some unknown reason designed by someone who thinks car headlamps never need to be replaced, they are a literal nightmare. 4 hours of youtube tutorials, moving the car 3 times, scrounging around for the right tool to fit later finally managed to put them in. If you have a mechanical degree, hands that are both strong and have the width and flexibility of pipe cleaners then by all means have at it. If you are a 65-year-old and your son has an art degree, go to QuickFit. (written by the son)

Non compratele se avete in testa la luce Xenon e LED

Partiamo da una precisazione, non sono Xenon, non sono LED, quindi se vi aspettate la luce bianca fredda da queste lampadine, comprate altro le LED appunto. Sicuramente fanno una luce più bianca rispetto alle alogene classiche, piacevole e non affaticante, molto profonda. Avrei voluto montare dei LED sulla mia Delta con faro lenticolare, ma non l'ho fatto perchè non essendo omologate potrei avere problemi con la revisione, tra l'altro confermato dal tecnico che mi ha revisionato la vettura di recente a cui ho chiesto se lo strumento di misura rileva che la lampada non sia alogena, mi ha detto di si, per cui ho optato per delle alogene che siano le più bianche possibili e legali (Appunto queste). Vediamo quanto dureranno (penso meno delle philips long life di primo impianto), per ora sono soddisfatto.

A decent (and legal) upgrade for your car's lights

I bought these to upgrade the headlights on a Non-xeon (halogen) Vauahall Mokka, as the stock headlights are shockingly poor. Installation was tight, but once fitted the difference is incredible. The light is crisp and white with a increase in distance. My only complaint is that these bulbs (for the price) do not last long- i have blown two in two years (one hitting a pothole and the other just failed). They are more expensive but their longevity has to be questioned. Performance wise, you won't get anything better (legally) for your stock headlights- I'd say their claims of 150%+ improvement are accurate, with night driving much better with these bulbs fitted. Great purchase, just let down by longevity.

Had previously replaced the woeful OEM bulbs in my Car with some uprated Ring ones, 5 years later & one blew so I ordered these to replace as a pair.

They do seem whiter & brighter than the Ring ones, which were an improvement on the OEMs, the change from original to these must be very noticeable!

Can't speak for longevity as I've only just fitted them but happy with the performance & may purchase a pair for the main beam which are still OEM at the moment & much yellower than these.

Fitting was easy enough, I wore a pair of thin gloves to avoid touching the glass of the bulb with my bare hands.

This is the second set of these bulbs I have put in my car. They are bright clear and have a well defined illumination profile. This really does mean you can see clearer and further but still not blind other drivers. Better than some of the LED assemblies that scatter light everywhere or normal halogen that are dim and yellow. The downside of all this brightness is the filament burns hotter and burns out quicker. In saying that the last set lasted 4 years before the first one went. These really help on dark windy roads with poor edge definition in the winter. Well worth the extra to see where the roads is

Needed a replacement bulb for what I had in, the exact Osram was not in stock, so went for this as it was as close as I could get. Typical scrapes n bloody knuckles from changing a bulb in a modern Peugeot.

These bulbs are bright and give out a really nice icy white, considerably brighter than standard bulbs. I just hope they last longer than 18 months like the last one. Things nowadays aren’t built to last.

Recommended if you have committed to these modern brighter bulbs, but it makes more sense to go cheap if you are looking for a more financially sound bulb plan. As the only difference is the light colour and warmth.
