This product does work..... but it needs a lot of work! It’s very very very sticky..... but not a glue. It actually has in oil type finish to it, which I guess allows it to have the ‘sheerness’.

You have to completely cover the outside of the glass pane (our tank is only 40cm x 30cm x 20cm’s so quite a small area and I used prob 2 3rds of this bottle). So you cover it entirely but then scrape away the excess (with pressure from a credit card or a good bit of cardboard) which is a very very messy task.

I was teasing out the air bubbles for a good 15-20 minutes, wiping away the excess as I went. And unfortunately I still needed to run some clear celotape on each side as the image was curling away. The adhesive as I said is also very oily and it ran all over the tank.... thankfully not inside. So took quite a while to get it in shape and the tank ready for dressing.

But that all being said.... I’ve got no air bubbles and the image looks great!!! So in summary, it takes a good 30-40 minutes to get it sorted, but it looks lovely. Not sure what other options there are to secure an image to a fishtank, but if this is one of a few then you just have to do it!!!!

Bought to stick background poster to my aquarium. Quite time consuming process and definitely not a job that can be rushed. Initially impressed with finished result but within a couple of hours one side started to lift. Reapplied product and stuck down only for it to peel again. Tried twice more but without success. Unsure why I’ve only had a problem with this one corner/edge. Have now resorted to double sided sticky tape and returned the product as ineffective.
The area where the poster has stuck is sealed well, with work the air bubbles have dispersed well. If hadn’t been for the issue with the other side of my tank I would have rated this product highly.

Did not stick the corners down and ended up needing tape. Still got bubbles showing and was really hard work trying to smooth it all out. Not sure if there's better products on the market as it's the first time I've tried one but I wasn't impressed

I used this to stick my aquarium background as recommended, use something else you can't spread it, I've got air bubbles despite trying to smooth it out. Guess I'll try and find something that does a better job.

After 2 hours trying to get my background on with this it is still covered in loads of air bubbles, tried using a credit card to force them out but its just impossible, maybe i did something wrong but shouldve just went with sellotape...

Difficult to use if you want to fit posters to tanks already in situ as mine are. I couldn't get all the air bubbles out. I ended up using sticky back tape.

A pain to apply (spent hours trying to get it perfect and it just peels away from the glass making more and more bubbles.

Had to scrap my background poster and spent another hour getting the slime off.
