After reading the 1 star review left for this I thought I'd still give it shot, it's like fitting one of the old plastic screen protectors on a phone just a bit bigger.

With that in mind I set out to prepare for fitting the screen protector with the following in mind:
Choose a room that's not gonna have people around, they generate and move dust around.
Don't wear a jumper, you'll have stupid amounts of dust coming of it.
I find it easier to lay the screen flat, with the bottom of the MacBook supported by something.
Have a nice clear surface with everything laid out to the side, you'll want to avoid reaching across the screen.
Have some good lighting to see any dust on the screen.
Assume it will take longer than planned and set aside enough time.

When you get the package, it has 2 protectors in it. One of them is marked as a practice protector. Use it! Line it up to see how the hole and edges are in relation to the camera, I find it makes a good start point to have that lined up first and follow from there. The package also comes with a lot of dust remover stickers. Again, use them! They can be used quite a lot before they start losing their effectiveness.

The instructions have the screen protector stuck at the top with the step 1 film removed while it's stuck in place. I tried that with the practice protector, as that's why it's there, and found it a little fiddly with more likelihood of dust getting trapped so went for the following approach:

1. I laid the MacBook screen flat on the table with the bottom supported up but fully open. Using one of the blue dust removal stickers I started at the side of the screen furthest away and slowly (so as not to move too much dust around the air) pressed the sticker against the screen and gently lifted it back up, moving side to and slow and gradually towards me.
2. After checking at different angles for any stray dust landing on the screen (and removing as necessary), I slowly took the screen protector from the side and held it above the screen with the step 1 side facing down. I used one of the position stickers on the bottom corner of the screen protector that would be held up during the process (opposite the step 1 tab).
3. With the screen protector lined up around the camera and also lined up straight against the top of the screen I started removing the screen protector backing with the back still facing down so no dust would land on the side, folding the step 1 film over and dragging it across the screen to pick up any stray dust through static.
4. Keeping the camera hole and top of the screen protector lined up I start letting gravity adhere the screen protector to the screen. Keeping a hold of the corner with the position sticker above the screen means you can control how fast the protector is adhering. If any bubbles are left in the wake of the protector adhering, just raise it back up using the position stick and rub back and forward with the tip of a finger to press the protector down with out bubbles. You'll want to go slow and steady with this.
5. If you notice any specks of dust have gotten under the screen, just continue to hold it up with the position sticker and slowly and gently reach under with a dust removal stick and pick it up. Try not to drag the dust removal sticker, just lay it down and lift it back up.
6. If you notice any at the edges at the start, or more that halfway back, just ignore them for now and continue on. You can use a sticker to lift up the screen protector from the closest corner and remove the dust from the closest side. The same applies for any dust the is trapped at the edges. Just use one sticker to raise the screen protector up and other to lift the speck of dust.

With practice and patience you will end up with a bubble free screen protector that you will only know is there by the circle around the camera! The screen protector in my pictures took around 40 minutes to fit, including laying everything out and having a practice run. The majority of it was the second run, slowly letting the screen protector adhere and lifting edges and corners to get dust removed. Even after thinking I was finished and removing the step 2 film I noticed a couple of specks of dust at the edge and found it easy to use the stickers to lift the protector up a little and grab the dust out.

Another tip for this that haven't had practice on these before is to buy a some of the cheap iPad screen protectors, you can generally get 3 or 4 for a couple of quid and they're exactly the same to fit.

After getting this fitted with no bubble I feel it is worth a full 5 stars as it is pretty perfect once on, as I said the camera hole is the only indication I have that there is even a screen protector on it. It's pretty fingerprint resistant, has a nice glossy finish and is easy to wipe clean. All in all well worth it and I can relax knowing my screen is well protected from scratches and wear!

I was looking forward to receiving this screen protector for my MacBook Air. Packaged up good, so it didn’t bend…But a little disappointed when it came to trying to place on the screen. I had to Google the right way of putting on, as it was the first time I used a screen protector for my laptop. And as there were no instructions with the packaging, so watched twice on YouTube.

Seemed pretty straight forward, I used the practice screen which wasn’t perfect by any means.

I am a stickler for cleaning so know how to dust and remove this fully. So when it came to putting the 1 screen I had bought for just over £12 (should have been two to me, for the price - & the practice one) I knew I had to get this pot on, only having the one chance. I repeated the cleaning process ensured no dust, followed the instructions by securing the screen in place with the hinge stickers. I flipped this over so I could pull the protector labelled one - that sticks to the screen itself. I thought it was going well until I had finished this process and removed air bubbles. To my dismay as much as the screen was clean the film had attracted static dust particles. I proceeded to use the remover sticker in the corner, to pull away and try remove the speckles of dust stuck to the film. These stickers were provided with the kit. These lost the stick to remove the dust which wasn’t a lot. I kept trying but the more I tried the worse it got so in the end I just gave up. And stuck this on the front of the inner packaging.

Just wasn’t happy that there wasn’t that extra screen film in the packaging - in case something like this happened. Especially the price of it.

I have always been good at putting screen protectors on but this was a failure….

So never got know whether it was value for money or had anti-glare. It stuck down, just had particles of dust would come off causing air bubbles and I couldn’t leave on until I could afford another one. Wouldn’t help my eyes.

Don’t let this be a full negative review, i was impressed with the packaging and how the kit was packed, just no instructions, no choice of 3rd time lucky and the film attracting static dust making it stick on the sticky of the screen protector.

I purchased this and delivery was surprisingly quick. However one area of this product which was immediately disappointing was that there are no instructions provided! People who have a good general grasp of applying screen protectors may be fine but older people or whose with limited experience of applying screen protectors (especially one this size!) will struggle knowing the right steps and order in which to complete them. While there are dust removers, alcohol wipes and application stickers provided, if you don't know how to apply one these sorts of protectors then you will most likely dissatisfied with the results. On mine, I followed the normal steps of application and still found it to be very bubbly, although as long as the brightness is high enough these bubbles don't affect the quality of the display drastically. Even when you remove the dust from the screen, the wobbly plastic protector is fidgety and hard to apply, guaranteeing some dust to fall back on the screen. I didn't expect much from a screen protector but I expected at least some application instructions for the price you're paying. I'm nor satisfied or dissatisfied with the product, but I am sure it'll offer my screen protection from scratches - which at least makes me feel better as the MacBook screen is very easily prone to scratches.

I had a issue with the first time I bought this, but I must say, after contacting the customer service they offer me a replacement and also directed me to a tutorial on how to install this, and I could not be happier. Really needs a bit of practice to use it, and although I have left few tiny air bubbles (my fault, bot the product) I am very happy with it as it doesn't change the luminosity of the screen and there is no glare at all, also no fingerprints remains on it opposite to the real screen!!

Firstly, they did a great job with packaging - comes with a test screen protector for trying out first and then lots of extra cleaning items. Overall excellent.

Unfortunately, just a very thin sheet that it actually harder to apply than in practice. Generate a lot of bubbles and was very easy to take off (the sticky power is not much).

Just not the quality you expect at the price.

Definitely worth applying to your MacBook Air, just very expensive and over priced.

Waste of money and failed on their ‘24 hour promise’. I contacted the company as their flyer suggested but they ignored me. No instructions, loads of bubbles, glare still apparent. Poor value for money. Been unable to contact seller to get money back

I am happy that I bought this product.
When you buy screen protectors for phones and in this case macbook air, you'll always find people giving bad reviews, complaining about the end results (air bubbles etc) and that's only because they have not clue on how to install it properly.
If you are willing to watch a YouTube tutorial on how to apply a screen protector and take time to install it, trust me, it's worth buying this product.
When installed you can't notice that is on, I'm impressed that the quality of the screen is the same after installing it.

As stated, only one protector, says you can re use stickers but they don’t re-adhere to there paper well enough to use more than once, the method shown does not work very well, will be returning.

I bought this because of the reviews mainly. But i didnt find it very good. Its very fiddly to apply and it had marks on before it was peeled from the protective film. Within 3 days it stated to peel of my screen in the corners

It is best to google how to fit the product from the Lention and watch, before applying. This is better than the instructions they e-mail to you. Few bubbles, use the cardboard and cloth to remove. Once applied, does what it says. Fits MacBook Air 2020.
