Se rompio el primer dia sin forzarlo. No soy alguien bruto ni que cargue mucha presion o peso .El anclaje a la puerta es muy debil pero no se rompio este anclaje, sino una de las gomas, la roja en concreto, se ha roto por la mitad, donde se une al anclaje de la puerta, muy mala experiencia, no me ha saltado un ojo de milagro. Si aprecias tu salud no lo compres. No lo recomiendo.

I’ve been searching for an affordable, good quality set of resistance bands all of lock down. I’ve purchased about 3/4 different sets and they’ve all not been adequate.

These bands however are the bands I’ve been looking for. Metal clips are durable, the handles and door anchor are top quality and the little bag it comes with so you can keep everything in one place. It also has a little list of exercises, with diagrams on, that you can use the bands for. You can use them for a whole range of different exercises.

Definitely purchase these and use these as well as other weights as they’re not a total substitute, but work great along side other weights.

Definitely recommend.

Stretchy, stetchy, beef cake!

I bought these as I only own one dumbbell and I was concerned about getting unevenly ripped and looking like Glenn Quagmire after having just discovered the Internets primary function.
I'm quite a big guy so found that even the hardest bands by themselves don't really pose a great deal of resistance but if you put them all on together then they give me something decent to play around with. The benefit of this is that I don't have to be as paranoid about them snapping and injuring me either as the more you put on, the more they distribute the tension between the bands also (so I can't personally comment about their durability given the way that I use them). Individually they seem sturdy but not enough to negate the (perhaps unfounded) paranoia that they are going to snap when you are using them.
The biggest down side to these is the handles are made out of quite an abrasive material that keeps sliding over your knuckles. Due to the mechanics of their use they scratch me so much that my knuckles start to develop abrasions after about 20 seconds (I've since started wearing gloves to use these which has helped the problem).
I couldn't really decide how to rate these so gave them 3*. I would recommend them but they still have their downsides too.

Whilst the inclusion of various resistance band strengths offer a range of exercises to perform is a great feature, it is unfortunate however that the actual resistance bands themselves hold little to no durability and so snap within a few uses. See the image uploaded with this review... Luckily no bodily damage came from me using this band however it snapped within its first week of use. I have lost complete confidence in using these bands and would not recommend anyone purchasing from this seller again. There are no options to contact the seller for me to request a refund.

All in all, another bad and faulty fitness band product.

Handles are too narrow

Great stretchiness etc but ....I don't have wide hands, but the handles are so narrow that when doing for example, bicep curls, the material going down from the tube handle to the ring, scuffs the side of my hands - not nice at all - problem solved with gloves but the handles being slightly wider would also solve it.:)

Most of them are great. But the Stretch AGAIN is not good ..this is the second time I have brought these straps and this is the second time they've started to break. One by one. I really want to give you guys a great review but only brough these last weekend. I'm guessing this won't be aloud on your site as a review.

These are not the most high resistance, but you can combine straps to increase resistance if need be. But overall I would say best suited for not very strong, casual work out minded people who might be looking to get a start at home to ease into exercising routinely, that's what I'm doing at least, not keen on going back to the gym right now. Or if you just want to do some quick reps at home on days you can't make it to the gym. Would have given 5 stars if there had been a more extensive guide for different exercises you can do with them (it comes with a small book with a handful of examples), but this can easily be looked up online.

Unsafe and bad quality.

I was using one of these bands for chest exercises as shown on the product tutorial sheet and the band snapped as pictured and left a red lash across my chest.

I am very disappointed with this product and its astoundingly poor quality.

DO NOT BUY.

Only wish it came with some exercises/guidance on how to use correctly as I'm not confident my position is right. Good quality, I'm afraid I will break them but doubt it, really helpful for home workouts, I usually just use the two heaviest ones though so for anyone big on their training maybe find a higher set.

Have never written a poor review before but have to say this is probably the worst product of any kind I have ever purchased. The packing looked impressive but first use revealed the product failures. I have been using resistance bands for some time and in fact have worn out my previous set. These were immediately obvious as poor quality and first use revealed the bands rubber actually stretched rather than provide any sort of resistance. They were out of the box for about 5 minutes before being repackaged.
