Versatile, Portable Exercise Cyle.

I bought this exercise cycle for my daughter who recently broke her ankle and has been told to use an exercise bike to build her leg muscles back up. It arrived well packaged and on time. It is easy to put together and locks in position well. The pedals are rubber and have safety restraints so your feet/hands don't slip. It has a tension button on so you can alter your resistance levels, which is great for different fitness levels. There is an LCD display which keeps track of all your info e.g. calories burned, time etc. This is good if you want to keep a record of your progress.

The size of this cycle makes it easy to use for an array of different exercises. Use it on a table for hands and arms, use it on the floor for legs and feet. Very easy to sit and watch tv while exercising your legs.

This is a very versatile product and I would recommend for all ages. Very pleased with this purchase.

Bought for my mum who lost her right side after a stroke. She was able to get her weak foot in and keep it there, while using the strong leg to peddle. After a minimum of 400 reps a day she’s actually got on her feet again within a week. She bought a hand strap to strap her hand in, and uses it on the table with the strong arm leading, again after a minimum of 400 reps a day she’s regained some movement after months of absolutely nothing. I know it’s not all down to the machine, stroke is hard work and a positive mindset is a must with no thought of giving up, but for those in the situation, this is easy to store, lift and manage and very simple to use.

Been using this mini exercise bike every day for 3 weeks. I find it to be easy to use, it does not move when used. And the adjustable pedal straps are a bonus. The counter gauge and tension screw work well. I would advise anyone who needs to work on their arms or legs without leaving the comfort of their chair to purchase this. It does get warm near the pedals after prolonged use (More than half an hour) or if you pedal very fast. As I am using it to build stamina I find it works really well.

It does look funny at first glance, but as soon you settle it up, everything looks so easy! The first thing I tried is- my arms spin. So I got it very tight, so I can feel the pressure and wanted to burn 100 calories, I did it in 8:30 sec, wow! Yess, you can see the details on the digital screen and it is very easy to do by pressing the red button in the middle. For my legs, it is too light even with the hardest level, because I do train in the gym a lot.., but I definitely could feel on my arms. Would suit office workers or someone, who don't have time for the gym. Amazing for starters! One of the office workers tried it on and already wants to get one himself. Thanks for the fun and healthy minuts!

This is a great product if you need to build up your leg muscles and gain mobility yet you don't want to cycle or if the weather is cold and miserable. Slowly build up resistance and the length of time you " cycle " from the comfort of your chair and watch TV at the same time. Great design, good price !

Bought for my wife who has some Achilles tendon problems and was looking for an easy to use indoor exercise machine that does not take up too much space. This unit fits the bill in all respects. Compact, easy to unfold, no tools needed and simple to use. Definitely fit for purpose and she is very pleased with it, even more so given the price.

I've had an injury few years ago and has recently been diagnosed with knee osteochondral defect. So as part of the exercises trying to do some cycling. It's not always possibly to actually cycle somewhere just in case the knee gets really bad half way through the route but using one of these at home is perfect in any weather. I can see on the screen how many revs I've managed to do before feeling any tension in the knee. I can also adjust the resistance if it becomes too easy to pedal. It also has other useful information on it like calories burned etc. Another nice thing is that the legs fold away effortlessly and it can go into the storage without taking too much space. I found it easier to use it while sitting at the high bar stool as it kind of imitates the height of the bike for me but I guess it depends on what you want to do with it.

Ho comprato questo oggettino tanto carino per la mamma perché ogni volta che vedeva la pubblicità in Tv diceva: "Andrebbe bene anche per me". Ed a forza di sentirglielo dire l'ho cercata qui su Amazon. Era ad un ottimo prezzo e l'ho ordinata. Quando e' arrivata e l'ho portata da mamma è rimasta proprio felice. E' compatta e occupa poco spazio e si può mettere a terra ai piedi di una sedia o del divano e pedalare o sopra il tavolo per fare esercizi con le braccia. Ha anche un bel computerino che indica la percorrenza effettuata e le calorie. La mamma a dire il vero la usa meno di quanto dovrebbe ma mio nipote di 10 anni la adora e si mette in poltrona davanti alla tv della nonna e pedala quasi tutti i giorni anche per mezz'ora. Ed e' sempre stato un pigrone per far fatica. Lui e la sorella poi fanno pure a gara a chi fa piu' strada! Siamo sbalortiti e molto soddisfatti dell'acquisto! Mai avremmo immaginato i miracoli che avesse potuto fare una mini cyclette come questa!

After pelvic and hip operation I needed something I could exercise on. After recently selling my two exercise bikes, hindsight is a wonderful thing, I did not want anymore cumbersome exercise equipment, so my wife informed me. After a lot of online research I decided on himaly folding bike, great choice and excellent bike. I now use it most days and can feel the benefit, easy to store and as long as you use the mat it will be a stable platform. I will continue to use the bike even after recuperation is complete as it is a compact, lightweight, effective exercise tool.
