Great taste, filling (too much can make me feel a bit sick), and thickens up smoothies

Positives:
Pleasant flavour
Not too sweet for me
Very filling - can also be a negative
Thickens quite a lot - again, can be a negative
Dissolves easily
Complete amino acid profile
Convenient protein boost
Negatives:
Heavily processed, as are all protein powders
It's not clear how much of and which ingredients are sprouted
Added sweeteners - might be too sweet for some, better leave these out
Very filling, almost to the point of being sickly, cannot use anywhere close to recommended amount
Taste might also be slightly overbearing if using recommended 30 g
This arrived sealed in plastic, with a foil seal under the lid. It's BB date was nearly 2 years away.
In smallish doses, I like the Cookie Dough.. It's slightly chocolatey (contains cocoa powder), like choc chip cookie dough, and smells and tastes nicely of dough. The portion sizes are a bit confusing, as the packet recommends 30 g per portion, but the scoop is 60 ml - which might well be 30 g, as the powder is very light.
Either way, I do not (and cannot) add nearly this much to one portion, or it would make me feel sick. Not so much the taste, but it's very filling. I don't find it too sweet, but if you don't add sweetener to things like smoothies, you might find it a bit sweet. I think they should've left the sweeteners out, but it adds convenience, if you like it. I add about 2 - 4 tsp to a smoothie, made of 1 1/2 cups of milk, with an avocado, a banana, vanilla extract and tiny pinch of salt. So maybe 2 US cups total, or just under 500 ml, for which 2 - 4 tsp is more than enough, both flavour-wise, and because so filling. I still add sweetener: 2 tsp of yacon syrup and 1 tsp of date syrup, but have quite a sweet tooth.
Also, I add this to overnight oats, a portion has about 1 1/2 US cups, or 350 - 400 ml, total volume, and I add a bit more than to smoothies. With oats, it doesn't seem to make so much difference to how full I feel. Maybe it's also because avocado is fatty, maybe it's also the fat - protein combo of this particular recipe.
It is very thickening, which I quite like with smoothies, makes them into a full meal with ease. It dissolves easily into liquid, without clumping, either stirred or using a blender stick.
I would definitely buy this protein powder again, and I would likely also buy this flavour again, but I think I might go for Neutral next time - cookie dough was the cheapest to try it out.
I like that they make this from sprouted seeds, but am a bit sceptical - from how the ingredients are declared, it's impossible to tell which ingredients, and in what proportion, were sprouted. For example, the title says: "from soy, sprouted rice, peas" etc. Does that mean only the rice was sprouted? Sounds like the soy wasn't, and that's the main ingredient, also has a lot of so-called "anti-nutrients" - which is a controversial topic, though...
It's also worth noting that the picture of ingredients is for Chocolate flavour, not Cookie Dough, and they vary, so they should show the correct flavour, not just any one.
While it's preferable to get protein from unprocessed food sources, this is a good vegan option to boost protein intake, and it's defo easy and convenient.
