BE CAREFUL!!! I gained 6kg (13lbs) and it was NOT GOOD! He’s the reason why.
I learnt the hard way. something I didn’t hear anyone on YouTube say out loud.

He’s my journey with serious mass:
I’m Male 5 foot 10 I weighed 75.25kg on 26/06/19. I was skinny. My arms were skinny.

• I went to the gym and I lifted 14kg dumbbell in each arm on flatbench chest press.
• Update on the 26/08/2019
I went to the gym I lifted 26kg on dumbbells in each arm quite easy. And my weight is now 81.25kg

I went to the gym 3-4 times a weeks to work on Chest, Triceps, Back, Biceps, Abs and NO Cardio

My theory is
I thought just because I weighed more I would have a big muscular chest. But I WAS WRONG. I gained 6kg and I still have the same chest. I JUST GOT A BELLY NOW! My chest is slightly bigger but it’s NOT worth it!

There has to be another way to be ripped WITHOUT gaining weight is my next theory

My friend is super ripped. Model typed. 6 pack. Big chest arms, and back and he weighs, 78kg and is 5foot 9

I’m NO WAY close compared to my friend and my chest is smaller. I have no abs. I have to lose fat now before it’s too late and harder.

So should you buy the mass gainer?!?

I STRONGLY!!! Advise to KNOW what you’re buying. DONT just buy it without someone mentoring you. DONT read instructions from the internet. You’re going to end up fat.

I need to lose weight now. And find another way of being ripped muscular without gaining weight.

You don’t need muscle gainer to be ripped. THATS A FACT! It’s not a magic supplement that will AUTOMATICALLY give you muscles. ITS NOT! You have to be VERY careful. You don’t want to end up overweight like me.

The vanilla flavour tasted absolutely vile, I could not stomach more than a couple of gulps as it made me heave.
Vanilla is usually my go to flavour for shakes but this tastes very strange and nothing like what I am used to, very artificial chemical taste. After a good shake there was froth on the surface that stayed and didn't go away, undisolved product was separating and collecting on the bottom, the colour was aftificial looking yellow, I tried to persevere with the taste but no way I can drink it without heaving.

I can see how they pack in so many calories, the scoop is massive! In my photo the clear scoop comes with this product, the green one is the usual type you get with shakes for comparison.
Maybe I have a bad batch I don't know, Amazon have not got a button to contact seller only send it back so that's what I will have to do.

No miente, pero no explica claramente la composición del producto. Y me explico.

Promete 53g de proteína por porción, que es mucho e indica que para ellos una ración son 334gramos, como se puede ver en mi foto, el dato que falta y por el que digo que es engañoso es la composición, por 100gr de producto obtienes únicamente 16gr de proteína y en sabor vainilla que es el que promete más proteína.

Dicho esto, no es más que la competencia la mayoría ofrecen cantidades similares o mayores, pero si de cualquier otra marca en vez de 100gr te tomas 334gr obtienes los mismo gramos de proteína o más según la marca. Así que anunciar 53gr... Me parece muy engañoso.

Dicho esto, tampoco creo que puedas disolver 334gr en 710ml de agua, en un litro tal vez.

No puedo opinar sobre si funciona o no, solo he comprado un bote de 2'5kg y no repetiré, quiero probar otras opciones. Soy muy delgado y me cuesta ganar peso, si puedo decir ya que me quedará producto para 2 o 3 días y he subido 1 kilo y algo de peso, ahora sí es atribuible al producto o al ejercicio ni idea.

Lo que si he de reconocer es que el sabor es bueno (vainilla) se disuelve perfectamente con un shaker con bola de hierro y no me he notado inchado ni molestias intestinales por el uso de este producto.

I never review anything, but I feel this stuff deserves it. I am a naturally skinny guy at 5FT 8 initially weighing 8st 9 pre-buying this 2 months ago. I have tried many protein powders in the past many times and still struggled to gain a pound. I bought this and was taking half a serving a day, now I take 1 and a half servings throughout the day with water and a bit of honey for a sweeter taste. I am now currently gaining 1 - 1 1/2 pounds a day depending on the calorie intake of my 3 meals a day meals, and despite having a very active job. I am now currently 10st 8, so that is just under 2 stone in 2 months, If I took the full servings every day I could be even bigger, but It can bloat you when you first start, but your stomach adjusts, but that might of been just me. My advice is to drink it with 600ml of water because milk or anything else will bloat you and make you feel sick, It doesn't taste that bad, it is actually the nicest protein powder I have had. And aside from the weight, I feel also better in myself mentally since I started using it. It is one of the most expensive powders on the market for £ to serving ratio, but if you're like me and have a hard time gaining no matter how hard you try, invest in this, trust me, you won't regret it. I'm off to buy my next bag...
