Ergonomisch design, werkt goed, korte kabel.

Ik heb deze muis eigenlijk vooral gekocht om de kleur. De PC versies zijn naar mijn mening minder leuk om te zien.
De muis voelt lekker snel en precies in beweging en scrolt lekker (grote fan van de vrij draaiende scroll functie).
De enige 2 minpunten die ik tot nu toe heb gevonden zijn de vrij korte oplaadkabel en de hoogte van de rechter muisknop. Ik denk althans dat het daar aan ligt, dat ik te gemakkelijk per ongeluk de rechter knop in druk.
Ander puntje van aandacht:
Ik had al een unifying USB dongle van mijn toetsenbord, maar als je deze niet hebt, moet je of bluetooth hebben, of zo'n losse dongle aanschaffen, want deze komt er niet bij in de doos.

Great mouse, horrible scroll wheel

There's a lot to like about this mouse but scrolling -which I do a lot- is not one of them. The website claims the following:

"We reinvented the wheel. All-new MagSpeed™ Electromagnetic scrolling is precise enough to stop on a pixel and quick enough to scroll 1,000 lines in a second. Oh, and it’s nearly silent.

The wheel’s machined steel gives it a premium tactility and enough weight to offer a dynamic inertia you feel – but don’t hear."

However, almost every time I scroll (ratchet mode) and let go of the wheel, I hear this spring noise like it has trouble snapping back to standstill. I've made a video where you can hear and see the problem.

I have chatted with support (who asked the internal team about it) and he said it's normal behavior! It's incomprehensible to me that a product that is marketed as "silent" is actually the loudest mouse I've ever had.

Ich weiß nicht.. für diesen Preis?
Davon abgesehen, dass der Artikel zu spät kam bin ich leider nicht von der Preis-Leistung überzeugt. Insbesondere versteh ich nicht, was an dem neuen Mausrad so toll sein soll. Wenn man es ordentlich anstößt, dann läuft das tatsächlich sehr angenehm. Wer das Mausrad aber normal verwenden möchte, der dürfte von dem Lärm schnell genervt sein.

Dann lieber auf USB-C verzichten und zur günstigeren MX Master 2s greifen..

Does not work with Touchbar Mac

This is, for all intents and purposes, a fantastic mouse. It's clicky, responsive and the software that it ships with allows you to configure it the way you like it.

There is, however, one glaringly obvious flaw that I simply cannot put up with any longer. This mouse is sold as a "Mac Compatible" device and yet it causes the Bluetooth connection to drop out at least once an hour.

This is hugely frustrating when on video calls, or when listening to music.

In case you missed it: ALL BLUETOOTH CONNECTIONS STOP WORKING. That means that even proprietary hardware (like the Airpods Pro) drops connection for up to 1 minute. If you own a Macbook Pro with a Touchbar, DO NOT PURCHASE this item.

I hope this saves somebody the wanted money.

The mouse in Bluetooth has a very low response not useful for working nor for gamming. no buy it

The mouse has a beautiful shape and is comfortable to use. However, when you use it in Bluetooth mode it has a slow response, which means you will have a delay while you using it. if you use wireless USB then it works well. the problem happens again when you shift to a new device that you are going to use Bluetooth communication. Another weak point is that: to shift from one device to another you need to lift the mouse and select the device from the bottom. In another word, the keys to select the device to use are placed on the bottom so it is not very comfortable. They should be placed on the top so you do not need to lift up the mouse. I strongly recommend not to buy it.

Deeply Disappointing Step Back from Better Designs

I bought this mouse as I needed one for a second computer and thought I might as well go for the popular MX Master 3 for my main computer.

Sadly, this has almost immediately been relegated to the mouse used on the secondary, less used computer as it's not nearly as good as my trusty MX Anywhere 2S.

I do like the horizontal scroll wheel, but that's where any form of joy stops.

The Master 3 effectively has 2 less buttons than the 2S. Why?

You have a single click on the main scroll wheel and can no longer click to the left or right. This was the perfect place for back/forwards when browsing the web but now you have to use the thumb buttons which I had assigned to other functions.

It wasn't too difficult to build in as it's been in many other Logitech products. And it's been reliable. So presumably penny-pinching to make even more profit on an already overpriced device.

Also, the ratchet wheel is a bit unreliable and you find yourself needing to keep the central button assigned to controlling that function thanks to the poor engineering. So a second button down.

The mouse itself could have been comfortable - it glides nicely and has a good wrist rest. But like other design features they blew it. The main scroll wheel is much too far forwards, so you have to change grip when using it and if you use it a lot your hand starts aching.

I guess it looks good. But that's the problem with many of Logitech's products these days. Style over substance - often backed up by poor software (in this case, their Flow in Options is very flaky, along with built in gestures that don't seem to be customisable).

So more expensive, less functional and less comfortable.

Save yourself some money and go for the outstanding Logitech Anywhere 2S.

Expensive premium feel but it wasn't good for me.

The side buttons/scroll wheel position needs to be improved.

Most importantly though is the way you have to hold the mouse. It's very big and raised from the desk/mat. Your hand is also tilted due to the slant on the mouse. It immediately caused me shoulder/neck pain. Not thinking it was the mouse I continued to use it for weeks. I stopped using the mouse and the pain improved and now gone.

I recommend the newly released Logitech Signature M650 large version instead.

Inconsistent and rattling scroll wheel

Apparently it happens in a lot of these mice (QC is probably not good any more at Logitech): its dramatically over-engineered and over-hyped scroll wheel started rattling like mad and behaving erratically. No amount of fiddling with Logitech Options was able to give me a decent experience. There are videos on YouTube on how to dismantle the mouse and fix the scroll wheel but I can't be bothered. Returned.

Not as comfortable as older Mx Performance

This mouse raised my palm and hand upwards to an unnaturally uncomfortable position making my wrist and hand ache after a short while. I also found it less accurate for gaming. Whilst not a bad mouse, it wasn't for me and I have returned it for a refund and will stick with my Mx Performance mouse a while longer.

Only works fine with desktop computers

If you need a mouse using it with your laptop that doesn't have a USB plug in then you should look for another mouse. After a month my MX Master 3 started to become jittery even after a full charge. Tech support offered a replacement saying please contact the original sellers, but as they are the original seller on Amazon not quite sure what to do as there is no contact number or email. A bit stuck right now so need further investigation, time and effort. Not happy!

Expensive for what it is, annoying there is no unifying receiver included, and poor connectivity

The ability to quickly swap between machines is great, and the overall feel of the mouse is also very good.

However, for the price, I'm not sure what (if any) additional features I am getting over a cheaper MX Master mouse that is not Mac-specific but actually includes a unifying receiver (basically a necessity for a reliable connection). Forcing me to shell out another £10 for that is a bit ridiculous at this price range.

Edit: even after using the extra unifying receiver the mouse sufficiently loses connection dozens of times per day to stutter across the screen. This is ridiculous for a £110 mouse with its own dedicated receiver, when you can use other bluetooth wireless mice without any connection issues whatsoever for months on end -- rating dropped to 2 stars as a result.

Update: with USB-C to USB3 adapter and then an USB-A extension cable that places the unifying receiver right next to the mouse connectivity is now stable; however it might as well be a wired mouse at this point (not to mention its cost is now more like £130 with all the extra cables and adapters).

Ergonomic is not at the level as it should be for that price and purpose this mouse suppose to have, but what is even worse, that the precision of this mouse is remarkably poor, I had many mouses before, none of them was that disappointing, it was hard to click anything during office work.
If you are looking for an excellent office mouse, G502 is still number 1, not ergonomic, but does the job well.
