I work in a call centre, and spend 10 hours a day in front of a computer. I recently tried a moisturiser which was supposed to help with anti aging, however, this completely wrecked my skin and I had to stop using it. I saw a couple of colleagues had started using these glasses and had read up on the reviews, so I decided to try a pair for myself.
I have been wearing contacts now for 7 years, after 18 years of wearing glasses, and it has increased my confidence, as I felt that I was hiding behind my glasses a lot. I still wear glasses occasionally, first thing in the morning/last thing at night, but I tend to swerve them as much as possible now and feel more attractive due to this. Due to this reason, I did not get any additional magnification on these.
I followed the instructions with these, and tested the blue light on the piece of card and then through the glasses. This is quite self explanatory, although a little daunting to begin with, to understand what you're supposed to be doing. The point of the blue light (on a little keyring) to shine on the card, and then through the glasses, is to show how much the blue light is being diminished by these glasses.
The issues I had was as soon as I put them on. The glasses are much too big, if you have a petite face, and didn't suit me at all. I also found that the colours were slightly distorted/muted for me and I experienced a strange sensation/light head whilst wearing these. I persevered with these for a little while, but it was a strange sort of woozy feeling that I had. Plus, all I felt was that I could see the frames out of the corners of my eye.
These are definitely not suitable for me, however, they may be more useful for others who are maybe more used to regularly wearing glasses. If you have a petite/narrow face, I would definitely avoid these, and just stick with the aging blue light.

So, I love the style of these. Lightweight, large lenses, I like the tortoise shell. The price was great - about £16, and as I have Prime they were delivered next day.
I’ve tested them with the little light I received - they do indeed block the blue light, unlike my normal glasses which do not. I have attached a photo - these glasses are on the left.
All in all, even if these have little effect on my migraines and sore eyes, I’ve not spent a fortune. They block the blue as advertised and are attractive.

I work in computing, so I'm basically staring into monitors until my eyeballs turn to the rubble of age old empires.
I started getting headaches at work, and a colleague told me about blue light filter glasses, said he went to the opticians, and they gave him a prescription.
His glasses cost him £120 and the glare reducing / blue light filtering coating is literally exactly the same as these...
The only difference may be in the scratch resistance of the lenses, as I don't believe these are treated in any way to defend against scratches.
But that still means you have to go through around 7 pairs of these glasses before it would have been worthwhile buying ones from the optician.
Buy tortoiseshell like a real man, and earn your street cred.

They are also a lovley shape.
As for the blue light filter - it's not noticeable as in I do not notice a colour difference.
However - despite receiving the 0.00 strength - I can see better through these glasses! My theory is because of the reduced eye strain rather than shortsightedness - WIN!
They are good quality, and came with a lovely hard and soft case as well as a glass cloth, the plastic components, and a little tool for adjustment.
