If you have a TomTom then this is a must have case.

I had the older style travel case, that I bought from TomTom, and it was good enough, although I found that it didn't quite carry everything the wawy i liked, and once the velcro started going wasn't as good.

I love the simplicity of this, one side for the cables, charger and stand. One side for the unit.

I have a 6" unit which fits comfortably in the case, with the USB charger, cable and Windscreen Mount.

I like that it's quite a compact case, and is much easier to travel around with, compared to the old Square Box version that TomTom had previously.

The case works perfectly, but the TomTom device has a design fault in that the on/off button is flush with the surface of the device and not indented. Consequently it is unbelievably easy to switch the TomTom on when you don't want to. This is exacerbated with a protective case like this, because any slight pressure on the case in the wrong place, and the on button gets pressed and you start receiving voice directions as you leave your car. The simple solution is to get a rubber washer from a hardware store and blu-tack it around the button. Now you can't press the button accidentally, and neither can this case. Hence I recommed this beautiful case unreservedly

What a cheap and nasty case this is. I ordered thinking I was receiving a quality Tomtom product and instead received something that is flimsy, badly made and feels like the materials are poor. For what it is, its seriously seriously overpriced.

My personal item arrived with scraped and scratched outer packaging, squashed, the tape only partly sealed and the item within had marks on the outer surface. Whether this be the poor way it came from Tomtom or whether it be the way it was treated at Amazon I do not know. However, Amazon were good and refunded me once I raised the issue. It DOES still allow me to write this review though.

So would I buy this again? Even if it were perfect and it mint condition? No way.
It is only hard case at one side. The other is soft and floppy.
It feels cheap and badly made.
The item itself isn't per the photos on the website (also reported). If you are reading this and the images still show a bright green inner case, they are incorrect. The inner is grey.
It's not even softly padded inside to protect the sat nav. Its as though its some rough cardboard/fabric like texture. It's not good.

So this is my review of the 6" hard shell case - don't confuse the other products as I know a number of different ones are listed on this page. I'm not sure if the others are any better but if you are tempted to order this particular one like I was, I would say don't, save your money and buy something else - because whatever you choose is bound to be better quality.

I do wonder if the design has recently changed to make it so poor, what with the inner liner now being different.

Genuine TomTom 6 inch case. Externally its fine and it holds the SatNav safe and secure and will protect it. The only issue I have with it is the lining on the inside is loose on one side which tends to get caught up in the zip. I think it's designed to be loose which seems like a flaw and could do with looking at by the designers. I also think it's a little expensive and you can get cheaper cases that do a similar job but I like the branded items so I'm willing to pay a little more.

Was very pleased with this travel bag for my 6inch tomtom, having bought a cheaper bag that stated it held all accessories it didnt actually hold the mount, as i move vehicles daily i needed to keep everything together and am pleased to say this bag does fit in satnav plus mount an all other bits.
