I just received it today. It came greatly packaged and looks awesome. It's thick just like in the pictures, perfect for someone with very sensitive knees like me. I'll be excited to work on my planks from now on. Hopefully it'll be great as well at helping me get the job done.

ich habe die Matte für Übungen zu Hause gekauft, es kam mir also höchstens für mich selbst auf die Farbe an.
Die Matte sieht schick aus und ist schön dick ( bei unseren härteren Böden echt gut )

Sie polstert zum Laminat sehr gut ab und verrutscht auch nicht. Die Farben sehen frisch aus und einen unangenehmen Geruch kann ich auch nicht feststellen.

Insgesamt finde ich die Matte perfekt, was Preis- Leistung angeht.
Einige winzige Makel hat sie zwar, aber das stört mich in dem Preissegment überhaupt nicht. ( ca. 16 € )

Ich kann Sie nur jedem empfehlen, der sich überlegt sie zu holen, man kann eigentlich nichts falsch machen.

Falls Sie nach 3 Monaten auseinander fällt, würde ich die Rezension noch anpassen, es sieht aber nach guter Qualität aus ;-)

Update aus 2021:
nach vielen Übungen auf der Matte kann ich einige Bewertungen nachvollziehen, die Matte rutscht bei manchen Übungen hin und her und zieht sich z.B. bei Yoga teils extrem auseinander. Ich suche gerade nach einer Neuen, Besseren.

I'm a beginner, and I really enjoy this mat. It is extremely soft and comfortable, and works wonders for me when I've had too much of a workout and end up just laying down! However, that's about it. It rips often, but if you're only doing exercises on your back, it will be good.

As one of the other reviews state - the end does fold up which is pretty annoying, but not the end of the world for me considering I just use it indoors.

Unfortunately, the mat doesn't hold up against cat claw marks (as I doubt any would!), but she also loves it, and most of the time gets in the way of my workout. So cat yoga, here we come!

Overall, it's pretty nice - but after having it for 2 days, there are already rip marks and tears from doing exercises such as downward dog, plank, inch worm and burpees. If you do any of these exercises, it's probably best to give this a miss.

This is a nice thick mat and sits flat on the ground without curling up at the edges. I’m taking one star off because if you are using it for mat work, then sweaty hands do tend to slip badly!

I started doing fitness classes in the park this year and this mat worked a treat, giving me enough cushioning especially when we had to move onto the paved areas as the grass got too muddy. It's also easy to clean and rolls out pretty well. The only slight issue I have is that the strap is rubbish, you'll end up having to carry it under your arm as it will not stay on - the weight of the mat making it slip off if you try to hook it over your shoulder. But I guess that's the price you pay for the extra cushioning, which I have really appreciated so I'm not complaining (too much!)

I bought this mat for yoga practice on my hard wood floor as my current mat was just too thin and uncomfortable.

I just wished I had bought this mat ages ago as it is absolutely brilliant!
There is no slipping, its super comfortable, especially when I'm doing poses that put more weight and pressure on the knee (Before I was using a blanket or yoga knee pad.) I could lie on this mat for hours as its warm, soft and well..... just fantastic!

I haven't had it long so can't comment on the durability, so we'll see how it lasts. But even worst case scenario it lasts a year with continual use, I would definitely buy again and again and again.

Slippery when wet!!

I've owned this for 2 years. This mat is nice, thick and comfy which is okay if you are not doing any extreme exercise. I do fairly intense HIIT/TABATA sessions with weights and this doesn't do so well with lots of extreme movements, i.e. mountain climbers, burpess etc. Even doing planks, the matt moves on the carpet and stretches which then causes micro-tears on the surface. Even worse is when you get sweaty which causes that matt to become extremely slippery.

Disappointed 😔

I’m somewhat concerned that the deep indents on the mat will shorten its lifespan so I’m disappointed. It is also unsightly.
I have attempted to gently rub them to see if that works but to no avail.
It is not due to any carrier strap as yet it remains unused.
Ironically I bought this to be delivered as I am currently unable to drive due to a bulging disc in my back so driving this back to a drop of point is not an option.

Not the best Yoga Mat..!!

Unfortunately this product is not the best Yoga Mat - it is very flimsy and not as Thick as described in the description, it smelt very fishy when arrived and stunk up the flat not appealing when your going to be working out on it as it still smells!! For the price it is not worth it and was very disappointing when receiving, it is too stretchy and seems as if it can easily be teared, it had already some small light tears and scratches!!

There is better ones out there.

Comfortable for joint pain

I purchased this as it was on the thicker side. I have knee problems on both knees and normally require extra padding. I’ve had this mat about a week and it’s very comfortable on the knees. The only negative I would say is sometimes it’s too soft, as in the top layer not being rubbery enough, and I sometimes find it a little bit difficult to hold certain poses. I think the thin mats are better for that but I still prefer this one because of how comfortable it is overall. I would recommend it for those with joint problems.

This mat is thick - which is what I wanted, but its spongy. This makes it very comfortable for some poses but not good at all for balances. I also find that whenever I need to pivot on my foot the whole mat moves and does not stay put because it stretches underfoot rather than allowing your foot to pivot over it. It IS comfortable, but I don't personally feel its a yoga mat. Probably good for pilates.
