When you have hands like shovels it's hard to find any kind of workout glove that not only fits well but has the protection and flexibility to not hinder anything you do in the gym, these gloves do it in spades (no pun intended!).

I have used them for every kind of workout and there isn't anything that doesn't benefit from wearing them. They're extremely durable and manufactured from what I feel are very good quality material, I feel they will take on everything that's thrown at them and can see them lasting a serious amount of time given what they're expected to put up with.

I particularly like the little additional things that may not be at first noticeable to those using them for the first time, namely the sweat-absorbing thumb material and especially the little bit of extra material pull tabs for easy removal. The extra protection on the palm of the glove not only helps with grip they add protection of your hands and will aid the longevity of the gloves.

Finally, the wrist support straps not only helps with support but will lessen the chance of injury and give extra all-round support to you whilst training.

Die Trainingshandschuhe sitzen sehr gut. Auch bei intensivem Workout gehen die Handschuhe mit. Nach drei Einsätzen im Home-Gym bin ich voll zufrieden. Die lange Bandage (ca. 60 cm) mit stabilem Klettverschluss bietet ein geschütztes Gerätetraining. Beim Bankdrücken hatte ich ein sehr sicheres Gefühl, sogar eine kleine Runde am Boxsack war drin. Auch auf glatten Metalloberflächen bietet das Material einen stabilen Halt. Zwei kleine Laschen auf der Innenseite erleichtern das Ausziehen. Reaktionen auf der Haut oder intensiver Geruch war nicht festzustellen. Der Handumfang beträgt bei mir 22 cm – siehe Foto - und ich habe die Größe XXL bestellt. Aufgrund der stabilen Verarbeitung mit teilweise Doppelnähten könnte die Größe XXL vielleicht auch bis zu einem Handumfang von 24 cm passen. Die Tabelle mit den Maßen sollte unbedingt beachtet werden.

As a 27 year old whose been lifting weights for 12 years, these are the best gloves I've owned and I've been through a pair a year easy.
The wrist straps are long and offer really good support. I've increased some PBs since using these which is a bonus. The grip allows much better control of bars and free-weights. I don't wear them all the time but they definitely serve a purpose for when they're needed.

They also look and feel great and are easy to remove.

I was not offered a discount or refund for a 5* review - they genuinely deserve 5*s.

Entre la photo et les commentaires, je me suis mesuré la main et j'y suis allé en confiance.
Résultat : livraison rapide, taille trop large malgré le respect scrupuleux du tableau fourni, tissu qui sera indéniablement trop léger par rapport à l'effort qu'il subira, le confort n'est pas au rendez vous pour serrer fermement des barres et supporter le poids du corps. Les zones de renforts gênent la préhension. Une déception en tous points et à ce tarif j'ai pas voulu les mettre à l'épreuve d'autant qu'ils étaient trop grands ; donc changer de taille n'aurait rien solutionné. J'ai finalement opté pour une paire de RDX au même prix qui sont largement plus qualitatifs et répondent à tous les critères. C'est dommage de trouver dans cette fourchette de prix un si grand différentiel niveau qualité. Autant opter pour une marque qui ne fait QUE des produits sportifs.

edit : le vendeur m'a contacté 2 fois me disant qu'ils avaient retenu mon commentaire et m'a proposé de l'argent (2 fois le prix) contre le retrait de mon commentaire. Je n'ai voulu le faire qu'à la condition que les défauts ne soient plus d'actualité. Voyant que le tableau des tailles est toujours le même et devant le silence du vendeur, je pense que ce n'était que des mots. Je retire donc encore une étoile pour la mauvaise tentative de corruption.

SUMMARY: Great pair of durable, comfortable and usable gloves with excellent grip and wrist support.

I go through gloves quite a bit, my last set of good gloves I misplaced and they were no longer available so chose these. I had purchased a set of leather gloves in the interim, but I sweat a lot, so the leather would get soaked, and then smell. If I rinsed them they shunk and when dry they were bittle. Other softer gloves just didnt survive the 7 days a week barbell/dumbbell grind, and would rip or tear after a week.
However these gloves are excellent. Absorb sweat and can be rinsed and dried. Great grip; I do pull ups regularly and toes 2 bar, and I weigh 110kg and the grip is solid. The velcro is still going strong and finger tabs help with removal after a session. Thanks for a great set of gloves!

Okay, I’ve been weight-training for decades and gloves are an essential part of my session. Having tried and tested many brands over the years, I have compiled a checklist of things I look for as follows:

1) Comfort - the fabric has to be soft enough to allow flexibility and dexterity when handling weights.
2) Cushion/padding - this has to be in exactly the right place to absorb the weight of the bar/dumbbells against the palm. Also, when performing pull-ups there has to be sufficient grip to prevent those dreaded calluses from forming.
3) Breathable - the fabric has to be thin enough to prevent build up of sweat on the back of your hand.
4) Easy to remove - it always helps after a session, once your fingers/hands are swollen from the blood flow, to be able to remove the gloves with ease.
5) No glove ‘rigor mortis’ - nothing worse than buying gym gloves which end up been stiff as a board after use.

So, how did these gloves fair against my criteria? I bought a ‘Large’ pair to allow for expansion and more coverage. Firstly, they are light, very comfortable - you don’t realise you are wearing them. Secondly, when I tested them for the first time performing bench press, the palm padding withstood the pressure of the bar. The padding is in exactly the right place making supporting the weight and maintaining a good grip easier. Thirdly, no build of sweat on the back of my hand, it evaporated very quickly. Fourthly, the tags on the middle fingers allow you to take the gloves off with ease, rather than using ones teeth (as I have done previously!). Finally, they maintained their shape and did not go stiff/rigid after a few hours.

All in all, a very safe pair of gloves which help to enhance your weight training. Four stars given overall as ‘Durability’ not fully tested as I have only used them a couple of times.

(Nearly) The perfect gym glove

Good value for money and delivery.

Design generally is very good.

The fit is good and comfortable, and is made well and of good quality.

The wrist wrap-around is brilliant and allows for multiple ways to support and strengthen the wrist, which is the purpose of my purchase.

Only negative/recommendation:
The padding on the palm is incomplete and really should have been one thicker piece. When doing heavy sets of bench press or over head press the rubber palm padding isn’t thick enough to protect the inside nerve cluster between thumb and index finger fully, which on a heavy rep can feel painful. The palm rubber support needs to be bigger or just one solid piece instead of these 3 smaller pieces. I understand why they have designed it that way, thinking when you grip your hand they come together to make one peace but in reality a lot of people will not grip the bar tight enough.

Overall I am pleased with the glove and delighted by the protection the wrist support gives but I would have given it 5 stars if it had a little put more padding for the palm. I would still recommend for the average weight trainer / gym member.
